KDi Asia 15th Year Celebration

We have an entertaining evening celebrating our anniversary with a movie screening of the movie "Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets" at Bugis+.  Guests were treated to delicious foods at the reception and given some interesting door gifts.  Everyone has a great time and was dazzled by the special effects of the sci-fi movie.  



October 2016 

KDi Signs Partnership Agreement with SIM

KDi pleased to announce that it has recently signed a partnership agreement with the Singapore Institute of Management to promote its global education programmes. The SIM partnership will allow KDi to expand its offerings to include management training and soft skills programmes. These programmes will allow KDi to present a more holistic solution to its clients – strengthening management capacity on the path to building technology-enabled capabilities. By providing these programmes KDi will enable clients to transform and modernise their workforce, and build sustainable organisations. In addition, SIM will also be able to take advantage of KDi’s core competencies in technology-enabled organisational transformation and bring real-world experiences into its classrooms. These practical experiences will enhance the richness and relevance of SIM’s programmes, provide SIM’s students with industry insights and accelerate learning. KDi looks forward to a fruitful working relationship with SIM, and will continue to strengthen its network of partners.

July 2016 

KDi Asia 14th Year Celebration

We celebrate our 14th anniversary with a BBQ at our new office at CT Hub 2.  Although it was drizzling on the night of the BBQ, we did have a memorial time where everyone is having a great time catching up with one another.   For this year, we gave out a special door gift comprising of items that will be very useful for travelling!

May 2016 

MOU with Organisation Resilience Management Pte Ltd (ORM)

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between KDi Asia Pte (KDi) Ltd and Organisation Resilience Management Pte Ltd (ORM). The memorandum set out a framework of co-operation between KDi and ORM on joint project and marketing activities to address key markets in Asia and Africa. Both KDi and ORM will provide business technology and infrastructure planning, business continuity planning and implementation services.

We kick off the new year with KDi internal training for our staffs including those from Mauritus, Vietnam and Malaysia.  The one-week training is held at our newly renovated office at CT Hub 2 and ends with an exciting team building session at Sentosa cum entertaining Amazon Race!

KDi Asia 10th Year Celebration

To celebrate our 10 years of making a difference to our valued clients, we commemerate this special anniversary with a movie screening at Golden Village Gold Class cinema. Our invited partners and friends had a great time savouring the first class movie experience and immersed themselves in the block blaster action movie "Marvel's The Avengers". In addition, each invited guest was given our special door gift of a reversible jacket in a sling bag.

Dr. Nancy Harkrider Joins Ambient Insight’s Board

Ambient Insight is proud to announce that Dr. Nancy Harkrider has joined their Board of Advisors. Nancy is an acknowledged expert at translating leading-edge research on learning behavior to practical, performance-based applications. For more than a decade, her work has been focused on Asia.

With 25 years' experience as a facilitator/coach and as executive producer of over 40 media-based learning initiatives, Nancy’s American and Asian clients include multinational corporations, health maintenance organizations, universities, and government agencies.  In her role as Chief Knowledge Architect, she serves as a senior advisor and project manager for KDI Asia Pte Ltd, an organizational development consultancy with clients across Southeast Asia.

KDi uses a proven methodology to implement change solutions, and offers training and consultancy to an impressive list of more than 50 organizations in Asia.

Mr. Tan Kim Leng Joins Singapore Training and Adult Education Manpower Skills and Training Council

The establishment of Sinagpore Training and Adult Education Manpower Skills and Training Council is to provide industry and educational advice and validation, and eventual endorsement of the new framework for professional development in Singapore. 

Tan Kim Leng is Managing Director of KDi Asia and is also an adjunct lecturer / associate trainer for NUS’s Institute of System Science, and Singapore Civil Service College. He is an advisor to Tanzania’s President Office on matters of eGovernment, a certified ACTA Trainer (SIM) and Quality Analyst (QAI, USA). He was President of the Nanyang MBA Alumni Association and was awarded the Nanyang Alumni Award in 2006. His experience, especially as an Associate Consultant in the development of ACTA curriculum, is a great asset to the council.
