MR. Tan Kim Leng
As the Managing Director of KDi, Kim Leng oversees the strategy and capability development as well as the global operations of the professional services firm.
He has close to 30 years of consulting and training experience and has led many consulting engagements in the area of strategic planning, strategic ICT management, digital transformation, e-Government, business process re-engineering, knowledge management and change facilitation programs.
He consulted widely for organisations both in public and the private sectors such as Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of Law, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Home Affairs, Singapore Police Force, Immigration and Checkpoint Authority, Singapore Telecom, Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, and Infocomm Asia Holdings.
Dr. Joseph Teo
Director, Corporate Services/Operations
Dr. Joseph Teo is a Director, Principal Consultant and Trainer at KDi Asia with current focus on sharing how governments and organisations can effectively adopt ICT.
Drawing on his extensive private and public sector experience, he explores issues in process design, change management, technology procurement and outsourcing. Developing holistic solutions in governments which involve both policy and technology for developing nations remain his passion.
Dr. Joseph Teo graduated with High Honors in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley. He holds a Master of Science Degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, graduated from the MBA program at Nanyang Technological University and received a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Western Australia.
Dr. Nancy Harkrider
Director, Research and Publications
Dr. Harkrider is a senior adviser on leading and managing change, participating in management decisions and consulting with clients.
Executives and senior managers in the Americas, Asia and, most recently, Africa have benefited from her proprietary approach to facilitating creativity, collaboration and vision planning, all essential to sustainable change.
A global citizen, she has relished living abroad, including a decade in Singapore where she was the first American to receive a PhD from Nanyang University.
She has broad domain expertise in performance-based learning as a producer and a designer for over 40 digital and blended training initiatives in the US and Asia.
DR. Neoh ein teck
Greater Asia Region
Dr. Neoh has over 20 years of varied professional experience ranging from Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology Transfers, Project Management, Central Banking, Airline Operations and Management, and Management Consultancy.
He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He was also conferred a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from MIT. His Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering was awarded with Highest Distinction from Purdue University.
Ms. Anjena Seewooruthun
Anjena has over 10 years of work experience, initially in the finance industry and then moving across to the international development sector.
Holder of an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and a Master’s degree in Social Science (International Development) from RMIT University, Anjena is interested in public sector reform projects and passionate about capacity building initiatives where she sees sustainable changes as a key ingredient and a trigger for development.
Mr. Ngo Quoc Thai
Thai is responsible for overseeing the development of KDi business in Indochina region and is an active international consultant with KDi.
With more than 20-year experience in implementation and consultation for various ICT projects in Vietnam and several countries in South East Asia and Africa. He is deeply involved in nationwide ICT strategic master planning, Digital Government projects as well as ICT projects in different industries
